I ran across this person on DA today and they have a very interesting account. Their goal is to anonymously critique people that want an honest critiquing. Sounds pretty cool to me. I have asked her to critique my work.... (by note of course) and hope that some of you guys that are also looking for an honest opinion will do the same. CHECK IT OUT!!

So I am thinking this is going to be by far the weirdest Thanksgiving I'm going to have. Normally it is spent with family and this year it's going to be spent with family and my sisters soon to be family in law. Two days after Thanksgiving my sister and her man are going to be tying the knot... and then I will have a brother in-law... I thought what I said to him when they told me they were getting married was pretty funny. "Congratulations my soon to be brother from another mother" So yeah... in a week and a day we leave... so during that time I won't be on da... I think we leave the 19th or 20th and will be back on the 25th. So much crammed into such a little time.

Anyway...

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving! May your turkey (or tofurkey) come out tender and moist.. may you enjoy the company of those you love, and may you think of all things you are grateful.



If you didn't read my last journal it talked about how my birthday sucked and I was sad. Well not thinking I showed my mother my DA account and forgot that I was complaining about how it made me feel when i saw that she didn't sign my card and how it said Jane.... I really hurt her. Thats something i truly didn't plan on doing. I love my mom dearly and never meant to hurt her. I was just depressed about my birthday. So I just wanted to make a formal apology to my mama. I'm sorry I hurt your feelings mom. You have been so helpful and I know I have been stressing you out with my problems and that your new position at work has been very stressful too.. and the wedding planning. I'm sorry that I didn't think about how you were feeling and instead was selfish with how I was feeling. I love you!
